2ca7f4211d Implement lab data autodetection. 
- NEU: Wenn kein Text markiert ist, wird ein Versuch unternommen, die Labordaten im Arztbrief automatisch zu erkennen; dabei wird der erste erkannte Lauris-Laborblock formatiert.
