Details 
The previous commit quoted the skip marker in its message body, so Gitea
skipped it as well. This push lets Gitea re-read the workflows on main.

danielandClaude Opus 5.5 b0c6b0553c CI: re-register the workflow schedules. 
The two workflow commits of 2026-10-19 were [skip ci], so Gitea kept the
nightly schedule of 70fede5 (cron, runs-on self-hosted); its 00:00 run
waited for a label the runner no longer has. A normal push re-reads the
workflows on main, which have no schedule.

danielandClaude Sonnet 5 bc919dfece Wire up hugo_cookie_consent's banner and script includes

Details 
The theme's baseof.html only loads the consent banner and its JS if
the site fills in the body_extra/scripts_extra hook partials; neither
existed, so the banner never rendered and the JS 404'd when the
"change cookie preferences" button tried to call it.

Also bumps hugo_cookie_consent to v0.0.10, which logs a clear console
error if the banner element is ever missing again, and drops an
unused stray privacyPolicyURL param left over from debugging.
